What is the Cancellation Policy?
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Credit cards only
When the guest accepts and finalizes a quote, the card will be charged and a normal booking will be created without a pending status.
If a booking is made and doesn’t automatically charge the guest, the following rules are used to put the booking in a pending state with auto-cancellation if payment isn’t received/recorded by the deadline.
What are the hours of operation?
We operate 24/7 for urgent guest needs. Non urgent issues will be answered during normal business hours 7 days per week.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Mesquite Retreat! The home is spacious, luxurious, and perfect for large groups. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with the modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the house. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot, where we enjoyed coffee each morning and cooked up meals on the grill while soaking in the stunning lake views.
The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need—each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials. We loved the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and the butler pantry. The attention to detail in this property is amazing!
The direct access to the lake made for a relaxing and fun-filled trip, and the hosts went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants, and bars.
Checking in was seamless with the keypad entry, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. If you’re looking for a luxurious, modern getaway with all the comforts of home and more, Mesquite Retreat is the perfect choice. We will definitely be coming back!

Lazy H retreats has been an absolute amazing experience. We stayed here as a short term rental while our house was being built and all of the staff has been nothing but the Best!!! They have helped us in anything and everything we have asked and have been able to respond quickly. I am so thankful that they gave us this chance to stay on their property in New Braunfels. We stayed at the property in Canyon Lake and we loved it. The house was lovely. We used the heated pool. Loved the master bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. Nice view too.
