During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire rental. Should you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to the Lazy H Retreat staff using the contact information provided at the time of booking.
This home is located in a rural community with permanent residents.
Guest will receive detailed communication after booking including directions, digital manual, and recommendations. We also utilize a smart lock with automated codes, but we have great local maintenance staff and cleaners who can assist should anything come up! All communication should stay in your booking platform messaging feature before and during the stay.
• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden inside the home, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
Pet Policy
*All pets must be approved prior to guest arrival.
*Pet fee: $50 per pet.
*A maximum of one pet per booking is allowed.
*Pet details (breed and size) must be provided prior to booking.
*Guests must add pets when booking or notify us after booking to receive a payment request via the Resolution Center.
*Unauthorized pets will incur a $400 fee per pet.
*The guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags (including name tag).
*Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
*Guests must provide their own dog bedding/crate and towels (house towels may not be used).
*Dogs may not be washed in the bathtubs or showers.
*Dogs must not be left unattended at the property.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and for any damage caused.
*Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive shedding or mess.
Rental Agreement
*A Rental Release Agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours.
*This correspondence will come through our Channel Manager, Guesty.
Quiet Hours
*10 PM - 8 AM.
*Please keep noise levels down out of respect for neighbors.
Weather/Unforeseen Events
*No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
*We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance for protection.
Security Deposit
*A refundable $300 security deposit is required before check-in.
*It will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided there are no damages.
Occupancy Limit
*Max occupancy: 16 guests (including adults, children, and infants).
*For fire and insurance safety reasons, no additional guests are allowed.
Cleaning & Safety
*Our team uses commercial-grade anti-microbial agents and gives special attention to high-touch areas.
*Sheets and towels are professionally laundered after each stay.
*Please note we cannot guarantee a completely sterile or COVID-free environment.
*Guests stay at their own discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
*We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds outside of Airbnb’s extenuating circumstances policy.
*Please consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against last-minute cancellations.
Refrigerator Use
*Please note we use a residential refrigerator that may take several hours to fully cool, especially if fully stocked.
Noise Policy
*Any noise complaints or law enforcement visits will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
*A NoiseAware monitoring device is used to track exterior noise levels, as required by city/county ordinance.
