The Space

Sunshine Cove is a charming lakeside retreat with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. The main floor has a master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while upstairs features a queen and two full-size beds. Enjoy a spacious kitchen, cozy living areas, and expansive covered decks with stunning views. Relax in the hot tub, use the outdoor shower, or explore the lake with the complimentary kayak. Ideal for family gatherings or friend getaways!

★"What an amazing place. I had a weekend here with some buddies for an annual trip. The place was perfect, tons of space, great amenities, and its lake front. The water levels are low at canyon lake when we went, but every lake house is having the same experience. Next time we are going canyon lake, I’ll be planning to rebook.”

★"Beautiful home, felt like home. Had everything we needed. Yes, the lake was low but we managed. We walked to the lake, which was challenging but worth it. We also visited a local river, which we were already familiar with, so we enjoyed that also.”

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire house via their unique door code that is sent to their email the day before check in! However, currently the garage is off limits.

This neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential homes with large trees and lots of lake views! Our home is close to boat ramps but maybe unavailable during yours stay.

This neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential homes with large trees and lots of lake views! Our home is close to boat ramps but maybe unavailable during your stay.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.

Getting There
Your map application will get you there! There are lots of short winding roads to get to the house so go slow and pay close attention to directions or you may find yourself going in circles.

Getting Around
Using personal vehicles is the best way to get around, however, you can usually find an Uber if need be.

Feature Description:
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
There are trash bins by the front entrance gate for your convenience.

• Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Hostfully.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

"We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The king bed was so so comfortable and cozy. Lots of space for gathering. The backyard was so cool. We loved it. And my kids loved seeing the deer run around every morning. It is so beautiful!! We love Canyon Lake and have stayed at different airbnb's here. This was a GREAT location. If you're new to the Canyon Lake area, Granny D's is a must !!! Their giant pancakes are amazing!

"Marilyn was very responsive throughout our stay. It is a beautiful place. We had our elderly parents visiting us and my son thoroughly enjoyed with them. Thank you for letting us stay. Beautiful place with all the amenities that you can hope for in a home.
