155 Paradise Drive, Rockport, TX, 78382. Apple maps will get you there, Google maps hasn’t updated yet! It’s located in Ocean Reef cottages and is brand new.

Accessibility and Parking

There is plenty of parking available at the property for 3 vehicles, Please be mindful of neighbors and don’t park on the street where it could block other home owners from pulling into their driveway. The garage is inaccessible at this time.

Door Code

Your Door Code is unique to your stay- It is sent to your email within 24 hours of your arrival and will expire at the checkout date and time of your reservation. The door code will work on the main house and the guest house. An instructional video will come with your door code email to show smart lock operation.

Check in/ out times

Double check your reservation dates! Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. No early check in or late check out unless agreed upon in advance!

Contact

Preferred method of contact is to message us via your booking platform app (AirBnB or VRBO)- we are typically very responsive and can get back to you in a reasonable time-frame. If the matter is more urgent or you booked directly, please call/ text our office: Lazy H Retreats Office- 830-308-7202

General & Supplies

We supply- all linens, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. We also do our best to keep the cabin stocked with hand soap, body wash and conditioner We leave limited supply to get you started, but you may want extra: Laundry Pods, Dishwasher Pods, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags We DO NOT supply: Coffee filters (standard), coffee grounds or K cups. tea, foil, zip locks, spices, cooking oils, paper plates, plasticware, charcoal, lighter fluid, fire wood

TVs

All of the TVs are LG smart TV’s. Bring your own passwords for streaming apps of your choice.

Kitchen

If you plan on cooking we have all the appliances and utensils you will need for cooking and serving. The refrigerator has filtered water and an icemaker. Appliances- There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen with a supply of K cups for guests to get started on.

Basic Housekeeping

If you need to do some minor cleaning during your stay- we try to keep some of the basic supplies under the sink, and mop, broom, etc in the laundry room.

Trash

Trash bins are underneath the house and are picked up on Tuesdays. Please put all trash into trash bags and try to keep them under 50 lbs, do not put dead animals, (fish/birds etc. in the bins) in the bins. No need to put bins out, just be aware the valet service will come onto the grounds to get the bins and put them back.

Patio and Yard

Please enjoy the patio and yard as it is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Feel free to turn the lights on and enjoy the evenings out there and turn them off when you turn in. The place is in a neighborhood so be respectful of noise after 9pm.
