When staying at Sunshine Cove you will have quick and easy access directly to the lake with large covered decks on both levels and an outdoor kitchen!! With everything this house has to offer you may never want to leave, the interior has enough space to accommodate a large group with plenty of room for relaxing inside and out! There are 2 living rooms, an oversized kitchen, and a dining area that can fit everyone. 

We cannot get enough of these views!! Whether your sitting on the second story deck, the outdoor bar, or relaxing in the hot tub the blue clear water stretches as far as you can see. Guests have the entire house and private hot tub to themselves nestled on a dead end street in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
