Accessibility and Parking

There is ample parking available on the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid parking on the street where it might obstruct other homeowners’ driveways.

Note: This property is located in a residential area where most homes are occupied by families. Please be considerate, particularly between 10 pm and 8 am.

Important Reminder About Neighboring Properties

Please be mindful that both neighboring homes have private decks on the water, and their properties are monitored by security cameras. Guests are strictly prohibited from entering these areas or using the decks at any time.
Unauthorized access may result in law enforcement being contacted for trespassing and will lead to immediate termination of your booking.

We appreciate your understanding and your respect for our neighbors’ privacy and property.

Door Code

Your door code is unique to your stay and will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival. It will expire at the check-out date and time of your reservation. The code will give you access to the front door for the entire duration of your stay.

Check in/ out times

Double check your reservation dates! Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. No early check in or late check out unless agreed upon in advance!

General & Supplies

We supply- All the linens, some towels, blankets, pillows, etc. We leave limited supply to get you started, but you may want extra: Coffee filters, coffee grounds/pods, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Items we can’t guarantee but you may want: Zip lock bags, foil, cooking oil, seasonings (these types of items tend to get accidentally packed away when guests leave so it’s hard to guarantee we will have them in stock but we certainly try!)

Toilet

We have our own septic system, so please be mindful of the paper products you use. If you need to purchase additional paper products during your stay, please ensure they are septic-safe.

Note:

We have a regular lawn service that usually comes on Thursdays. They work quickly and won’t be a bother for long if you’re there on a lawn care day.

Boat

Rockport Beach Park is the closest boat ramp to the house.  There is a fee for entry.

Kitchen

We have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. We also try to keep it stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain your family/group (pots, pans, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, toaster, microwave oven, etc.)

Basic Housekeeping

If you need to do any minor cleaning during your stay- we try to keep some of the basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. There is also a broom and dustpan if you need to clean up during your stay.

Entertainment and Recreational Activities

Only the TV upstairs is a smart TV with Sling, the TV in in bunkroom has Roku.

Trash

The trash cans are usually on the left side of the house.  Trash pick-up is on MONDAY. WE do NOT have a valet service.  Guest need to take the trash can to the road when they leave, preferably Sunday and retrieve the cans after trash pick-up.  

Patio & Yard

Fish cleaning station is to the right of the house. 

NOTE:We have a swim ladder to get in and out of the canal.  “Please keep swim ladder up when not in use.”  If it continues to be left in the water, barnacles will get on it, and it won’t be pleasant on the feet.  And the BBQ pit should be cleaned out before they leave.
