We rented both houses for our New Years celebration with family’s, and they were perfect!!! Ladies had fun doing a little boutique shopping, kids fished, rode the paddle board, played ping pong, cards, cornhole and the guys watched football!! Outdoor kitchen/ bars were great for preparing fish, setting out our meals and refrigerators/ ice maker gave us easy access to beverages so we didn’t have to go up and down stairs. The firepit kept us warm on those chilled nights, it was so peaceful… we will be back in summer to enjoy the river and Texas heat! Thank you Chelsea for your immediate responses when we reached out.
