Take the kayaks out on the canal, fish from the dock, or bring your fishing boat and store it on our boat lift! Heck, you may be able to convince your guide to come pick up up at the house from the boat as well!

The fully updated home consists of a 2 bed 2 bath main house, and a guest house that has a king bed, full bathroom, fold out couch and additional refrigerator. There is also a fully fenced in front and back yard with St. Augustine grass for lawn games.

There is a public boat ramp just down the street & the neighborhood has beautiful updated homes and is incredibly peaceful.

Driveway has room for 2-3 vehicles and a boat trailer, with some limited street parking for smaller vehicles.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
