Address

206 Woodcrest, Fredericksburg, TX 78624 – Maps will get you there fine. From Main Street on the NW end of town, take Cherry St headed North ( Right on to Cherry from main if you are headed NW). Travel .1 Miles and turn left onto Austin St, then .2 miles and turn right on woodcrest. The Green house with a metal roof is 200 feet up the street on the left!

Accessibility and Parking

There is plenty of private parking on our crushed granite driveway for multiple cars .

Door Code

Your Door Code is unique to your stay- It is sent within 24 hours of your arrival and will expire at the checkout date and time of your reservation. The door code will work on the front door AND the side door from the driveway for the duration of your stay. The guest house stays locked and is not included in the rental.

Check in/ out times

Double check your reservation dates! Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. No early check in or late check out unless agreed upon in advance!

Preferred method of contact is to message us via your booking platform app (AirBnB or VRBO)- we are typically very responsive and can get back to you in a reasonable time-frame. If the matter is more urgent or you booked directly, please call/ text our office: Lazy H Retreats Office- 830-308-7202

General & Supplies

We supply- all the linens, towels, blankets, pillows, ironing board, blow dryer, etc.. We do our best to keep the unit stocked with hand soap, body wash and conditioner. We leave limited supply to get you started, but you may want extra: ○ Keurig Coffee Pods & Coffee Grounds, Cream & Sugar, Laundry Pods, Dishwasher Pods, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags Items we can’t guarantee but you may want : ○ Zip lock bags, foil, cooking oil, seasonings (these type of items tend to get accidentally packed away when guests leave so it is hard to guarantee we will have stock but we certainly try!

TVs

TV is a smart Roku TV. Bring your own passwords for streaming anything you like.

Kitchen

We have a keurig and standard coffee pot. We also try to keep it stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain the family/ group. (pots, pans, cookware, utensils, wine glasses, crock pot, Tupperware, etc). If there is something missing that we should consider buying just let us know!

Basic Housekeeping

If you need to do some minor cleaning during your stay- we try to keep some of the basic supplies under the sink, and in the butler pantry behind the kitchen.
NOTE: WE KINDLY ASK TO REFRAIN USING ANY DECOR THAT STICKS AND DAMAGE THE WALLS AND PAINTS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL INCUR A FEE OF $200 DEPENDING ON THE DAMAGES.

Trash

There are 2 large trash cans that we keep in the driveway off the porch by the little water-well house. In compliance with City Regulations: Please refrain from placing trash bins on the street. Our contractor handles disposal to comply with city regulations. Thank you for your cooperation! Kindly make sure the lids are closed.

Pool

Absolutely no glass in the pool area. There is a sign in the pool area to give instructions for how to turn on hot tub, pool bubblers, or hot tub lights. The buttons are on the spa.

Please note that the pool cannot be heated if the temperature drops below 50 degrees. Additionally if the temperature drops below 35 degrees the pool/hot tub will turn off and the system will go into an automatically go into freeze mode to ensure the integrity of the pool equipment.

Pool Maintenance is typically on Tuesdays but will not interfere with your ability to swim. Lawncare is typically Wednesday.

Turn on hot tub: Hit 1 , then 2 (spa mode, spa heat) | turn off hot tub: hit 2, then 1 | Spa Light: hit 3 | Pool Bubblers: hit 4

NOTE- spa mode/ heat WILL NOT run at the same time as pool bubblers so you must turn one off before you turn the other on. Please do not leave bubblers or hot tub light on over night.

The hot tub is on an automatic timer for 4 hours but we kindly ask that you turn it off after use (hit 2, 1).

The pool light is automatic and comes on around dusk and turns off at midnight

Help yourself to the pool floats, toys, volleyball net etc in the container by the pool. When you check out please put the volleyball net away, and please put all pool floats away unless they are wet. If they are wet we ask that you leave them out to dry near the container or on the covered porch if its raining and the cleaners will put them away

We ask that you leave the polaris skimmer plugged in and operating. If you feel its a safety issue for kids and want to take it out, please disconnect it from the pool wall and take it out of the pool but reconnect it upon your departure
