Door Code

Your Door Code is unique to your stay- It is sent within 24 hours of your arrival and will expire at the checkout date and time of your reservation. The door code will work on the side door from the driveway for the duration of your stay.

Check in/ out times

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. No early check in or late check out unless agreed upon in advance!

Accessibility and Parking

Max number of vehicles is 4 in driveway and 1 in gravel pad by oak tree. Please do not park in the street or in other yards or driveways.

Preferred method of contact is to message us via your booking platform app (AirBnB or VRBO)- we are typically very responsive and can get back to you in a reasonable time-frame. If the matter is more urgent or you booked directly, please call/ text our office: Lazy H Retreats Office- 830-308-7202

General & Supplies

We supply- all the linens, towels, blankets, pillows, ironing board, blow dryer, etc.. We do our best to keep the unit stocked with hand soap, body wash and conditioner. We leave limited supply to get you started, but you may want extra: Keurig Coffee Pods & Coffee Grounds, Laundry Pods, Dishwasher Pods, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags Items we can’t guarantee but you may want : Zip lock bags, foil, cooking oil, seasonings (these type of items tend to get accidentally packed away when guests leave so it is hard to guarantee we will have stock but we certainly try!

Additional notes:

Max occupancy at all times: 12 guests
No pets. No smoking. Any violation of these policies will result in a minimum charge of $500 for cleaning and remediation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music is allowed outdoors. Fireworks are also not allowed.

Kitchen

We have a coffee maker for Kcups and Ground coffee. Available amenities include, Kitchen Island, Dining table, Refrigerator, Freezer, Electric Stove, Electric Oven, Mircrowave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Toaster, Blender, Kettle, Pots and Pans, Bbq Grill and utensils, Wine glasses.

Basic Housekeeping

If you need to do some minor cleaning during your stay- we try to keep some of the basics under the sink, in the closets in downstairs bedrooms or in the storage to the left of the fridge.

Trash

There is a trash bin are provided. Trash Pickup is every Monday Morning

Hot Tub Rules

Please rinse off & wipe feet before entering. No added bubbles or sunscreen in the hot tub. NO GLASS, only plastic glasses. Turn off jets and replace cover between uses. Always leave bromine floater in water. Children should be supervised by an adult while in or near the hot tub area. Guests may be held liable for any damages incurred.
