Arrive at our gate (metal and wood with stucco sides) at Stageline Road. The keypad is on your left side on a metal post. The combination is 1345. It takes a few seconds for the gate to open.
Continue straight down the road and The Craddock will be the second home on the left.
Accessibility and Parking
Parking is available in the driveway. Please request permission from us if you will need parking for more than three vehicles.
Door Code
Tap the screen to illuminate the numbers. Then press the code: 7531. If the keypad illuminates 2 numbers press those first and then the entire keypad will illuminate.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR HANDLE. A FINE WILL BE IMPOSED IF DOOR HANDLE WILL BE LOCKED OUT.
Check in/ out times
Double check your reservation dates! Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. No early check in or late check out unless agreed upon in advance!

NO FIREWORKS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY
Upon arrival, please take a few moments to look around the property and double check that everything is working properly, nothing is broken, or needs attention. If anything seems out of place, broken, etc… Please notify us immediately so we can document it or send maintenance.

General & Supplies
We supply- All the linens, towels, blankets, pillows, ironing board, blow dryer, ect. We do our best to keep the unit stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We leave limited supply to get you started, but you may want extra: Coffee filters, coffee grounds, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Items we can’t guarantee but you may want: Zip lock bags, foil, cooking oil, seasonings (these types of items tend to get accidentally packed away when guests leave so it’s hard to guarantee we will have them in stock but we certainly try!
Wifi
The wifi router is located in the Master Suite next to the TV. You can find the name and password on the framed sign on the desk near the kitchen.
Kitchen
Full kitchen with all major appliances, plus minor appliances such as Tea Kettle, Ninja, Toaster, etc. Keurig Coffee pot and 8 pods are included in your rental.
Basic Housekeeping
If you need to do any minor cleaning during your stay- we try to keep some of the basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. There is also a broom and dustpan if you need to clean up during your stay.
Entertainment and Recreational Activities
There’s Smart TV at home. Bring your own favorite streaming accounts.

Trash
The trash bins are located at the top of the hill near the gate. Please dispose of all trash in the bins at the end of your stay.

Additional Notes
The hill is very steep entering the property. Take extreme caution if it is icy or rainy. If you decide to leave the property, the gate opens towards you. Please be patient.There may be wildlife that roams the property.

Check out is at 10 am unless otherwise discussed and arranged in advance. Keep in mind that your door code is set to expire shortly after your check out time and the cleaning crew works in a tight window so we ask that you be mindful of the check out time and communicate with us should there be any hindrance to making it out on time.
- Please load and start the dishwasher- Please hand wash any dishes you could not fit in the dishwasher as well as any dishes that are not dishwasher friendly and wine glasses.
- Please set all dirty towels, wash clothes, etc. on the bathroom floors or in the dirty laundry shoots.
- We will strip the beds so no need to worry about those.
- Take all trash out to the bin on the left side of the house.
- Take any and all food items that you brought and did not use.
- Please remember to keep the hot tub cover securely closed when not in use and during check-out.
- Log out of any personal accounts you may have logged into on the smart TV.
- Please set temp to 74 in summer/ 68 in the winter months.
- Double check one last time for any of your personal items!!!
- Turn off all lights and lock all doors.
- Please leave us a 5-star review! Air BNB, VRBO and all booking platforms view anything under 5 stars as bad and it hurts us in the rankings.
